Apex ATK ATO Stand-alone Programming?

Is the Apex ATK v2 ATK programmable with just what is in the box (FMM)?

Or does it require investing into the larger controller ecosystem to program simple commands like increasing fill time?

Yes, if you have an Apex to connect to it. Otherwise it just runs as a stand-alone setup.

And to be clear, the stand-alone set up does not allow for any programming, right?
