Apex ATK issues connecting

Hi there, Im newish to the saltwater game as I had a basic reef tank 8-9 years ago and just setup my new one a month or so ago. My question is with the Apex El and the ATK. I bought my tank used and it came with a ATK that was setup manually only a few times and I bought a new Apex El a few weeks ago and have it setup. I am leaving for vacation next week and was setting up the ATK with a 5gallon top off tank and can not get the FMM off of the solid orange light and will only find one sensor. I have opened a ticket with Neptunes and got a couple emails from them but can not get them on the phone until next week??!!? which I find extremely ridiculous. The emails that they sent to me did not help with anything at all. So my question is does anyone on here really understand the Apex system that might be able to help me out? everything else on the apex is fine but I can not configure the ATK. Thank you in advance.

Have you tried going into fusion and removing the FFM and reinstalling? I believe I had to do that before.

I did but the FMM still shows solid orange light the second its plugged in. The benefit of doing it the first time though is I was able to find one sensor where the initial plug in wouldn't find any

Did you try plugging it into a different aqua port? Even if you have to swap them?

I had to do that before. And Neptune never could explain to me why

I have it finding all sensors and configured after deleting again. But now it sent error alarm and solid orange on FMM still.
