I have been having problems finding my new ATK stop working and sending me an alarm. When I go and investigate the problem, I find the pump has blown the orange tube right off. Anyone else having this issue? This problem ticks me off as now I need a sensor to tell me my sump is running low. My old homemade Topoff worked perfect and I replaced it with this, for better protection and now I'm having this problem.

You say the pump blows the orange tubing right off?
You know there is a 1/4 in adapter that comes with the kit that attach to the pump first and then put the tubing into that adapter?
( that is if your using the PMUP pump)

I had the same problem with two different atks , after numerous time talking to neptune i finally figured out the problem , the float valve! Theres a small hole where the water is pumped into the tank its way to small for the 1/4 supply line , so i removed to float valve and all the problems solved , neptune couldnt even find the problem, the tubing kept on coming off my pump also because of the pressure of not filling the tank i then kept on getting alarms it a poor design in the float valve

It blew overnight again this morning and I thought that maybe the tubing was to soft for the adapter so I changed it out for hard walled tubing and I'm trying again.. but now I'm going to check out the float valve. Thanks

So strange that it's doing that you have the PMUP pump? I've had my ATK now for three months and I love it had some problems with the anti syphon valve ( didn't like that it would return water back into the reservoir so loudly and I thought it was broke)
The tubing I got with it seems to be rather rigid. But the pressure hmmm

I checked the float switch and it is in fact very small, which I'm sure it needs to be to work. But the darn pump is to powerful. So this time I'm trying a valve on the output of the pump to reduce the pressure some, but I don't have faith that it will work as the pump will most likely still pop off.

There is two options it is also made to run without the float valve just pull off valve entirely then put down screw on top to hold down hose

Do not jam the hose into the elbow of the float valve. This causes even further restriction
