Apex Constant Alarm Code

Hey can anyone help me fix my alarm code for my ATO low reservoir float switch? You can see that I am getting a constant alert from ato low every hour but I just want it to alert me once.

Here is my code for the virtual outlet of the ATO LOW float switch

And here is my alarm settings

The Apex will automatically send you an alert for any alarm once per hour until the alarm condition is corrected. If it's a low priority issue that you want to deal with later but not continue to get hourly notifications, then use the technique I describe in my Apex Alarm Tutorial article for nuisance notifications.
