Apex delete extraneous modules?

Hey fish friends,

My apex went rogue during some wifi outages and ended up adding my modules 20+ times. I’ve got it working again, but I can’t figure out how to delete them from the apex. They don’t show up under the modules tab. Anybody know anything about this?

Do they show up as missing (alerts) ? If so you can click for more info/ options. One is delete module.

No. It’s weird. I don’t see them anywhere else. If I try to open them for options, it just returns a blank screen.

What happen when you click on the individual gear. Does it take to to the module under the module tab or the ghost one.

My apex did this with my Trident NP as well as a few other modules once. Neptune Support went in and corrected it. Give them a trouble ticket.

Same thing happened to me. Neptune support fixed it for me.
