Apex display module feed time 'A' is different than configured feed time?

I just got an Apex display panel in order to allow my pet sitter to more easily put the tank into 'feed mode'. With the Apex browser and mobile app I have configured feed mode 'A' to be 10 minutes. However when I enable feed mode 'A' using the Apex display panel it is only 3 minutes. I _assumed_ the display panel feed mode times would match the system configuration.

Is there a way to fix this so the Apex display panel feed mode 'A' is also 10 minutes?

Also, when pressing the 'down' arrow to enter feed mode it appears to be random as to what feed mode is selected (A, B, C, D). I have only feed mode 'A' configured so that's the only one I would like to be selected when the 'down' arrow is selected. Is there a way to disable feed modes b, c, d such that only A can be selected?
