Hi All

Im hoping to find an answer to this.

Currently got my dos setup according to the diagram within the Apex.

The dos is pulling in water. But no water is being taken out. Both heads are spinning, I have two Dos and tried both and the exact same thing happens on both. So i think there could be an apex issue?

Any Thoughts?

You probably don't have an air-tight seal on one of the tube connectors. I recommend heating the tube in near-boiling water to soften it before connecting to the DOS.

Another thing to check is the orientation of the tubing and the direction the remove head is turning. See this post why I recommend changing the tubing orientation:

Hey Suncrest

im using the mod with RODI 1/4 inch cable. They are 'clipped' in by the c clips. Ill check out your threat and move the cables around and hopefully that will get things moving.

water is defo being trickled in. but its not being taken out
