My AWC dos is causing my entire apex system to shut up for 1-3 seconds then turn back on.

This only happens when the dos is set for greater than 25,000ml daily water change.

If I set it under that, then it does not cause a system reset.

Any ideas?

That’s strange. I’m not sure, but am going to bump this for you.

I'm pretty sure I have read that people do larger auto water changes than 6 gallons. Having said that I would urge you to shoot a ticket off to Neptune support if you haven't already. Since it sounds like it is repeatable and you know the value that triggers it they should be able to answer.

I've personally not seen it though but that seems like a hard limit in your case.

Edit: the only other thing I was going to think of is maybe firmware version to include the Neptune head unit. I don't like changing things just because though but maybe worth seeing if they are the latest before doing anything (while you wait for Neptune that is).
