Apex EL won't reconnect

Hey all. I am sure there must be someone out there that can get me back up and running. It seems Apex doesn't like to answer when you submit a help ticket.

Anyway, I've been running an Apex EL now for a little over a year, got it all set up just fine, connected to my 2.4ghz network, and no issues.. Recently it's been dropping off the network a bunch. Updates have all been done too. Anyway, long story short, I have been trying for 3 days now to reconnect to my wireless network. I take a small paperclip and push in the reset button for 6 seconds, and it changes to blue, but as soon as I release it changes to pink, then green, then back to orange. I've tried reconnecting via the aquacontroller that is attached directly to the Apex, and I've tried via my smart phone. Nothing works. I even tried the 30 second reset on the unit, and waited until I saw the apex light turn red, then when I released it did the same thing and went back to orange. What the heck is going on???? It shouldn't be this difficult to reconnect. Now, since I did the 30 second reset, I've lost all of my tank settings as well, and still not connected to Wifi or Fusion, so I can't go in and put all my setting back in. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Have you tried turning off the power and waiting 60 seconds?

I have disconnected the "Brain" from the EB832, so it powered down...I assume that's the same thing.

Thanks much...after 4 days, I finally got it to work. Is there ANY way to restore my old labels and settings? I did the 30 second reset where the Apex shows red, and so now everything is reset including all the inputs I renamed, my timers, auto settings, etc. What a PITA.

You can only restore from a backup you saved locally. If not will have to set everything back up.
