Just had my Apex energy bar randomly switch off all outputs for about 15 seconds. Has anybody else had this, is it symptomatic of a potential upcoming complete failure? The apex is 2016 model, only 4 months old and the energy bar is an EB6.

The energy bar might have too much of a load. Remove heaters from the eb8.
The heaters turning off and on will kill the eb8. If you have a chiller also take that off the eb8

Lose any other power or just the bar?

just the power bar. Other circuits on the same breaker stayed on.

i have a single 300watt heater on it; I’ll remove it. Thanks.

I have this happen sometime to my power bar. Once I moved some things off and onto a new powerbar it stopped happening. So I agree it is overloaded, try to switch things around and/or get a new used Powerbar and I woudl bet it would fix your issues.
