Hi

My Apex feeder container today fell into the tank... Not the motor part. This was fine for 6 months. When I installed initially..I had to position slightly inclined toward the tank so that the fish food will eventually make it near the door.... Which it did. Is that the reason?

Has this happened to anyone.. how did you fix it or is the plastic clamp part in the feeder need to be replaced?

My model is

Thx Kris

Mine snaps pretty tight. Over 3 years old. Neptune would probably cover it under warranty. Neptune has been pretty good to me. That’s definitely not everyone’s opinion though.
