Apex fmk flow monitor without a base unit?

Can I use the apex fmk flow monitoring kit without a base unit? I need to monitor my return line, so I would like access to the online thingy so it can tell me my flow.
if I can't can anyone recommend a digital flow monitor for salt water?

No, the Neptune flow monitors require an Apex base unit to report the flow values.
