Apex graph off by 10-15 mins.

Any idea why thos could be happening, it started last night around 12am.

You can change the polling log interval by clicking the settings gear, and then the wrench icon. Polling interval is listed in the lower left. I have mine set for 5 minutes.

I do recall once in the past that my day/time/logging was out of sync by 10 minutes. I checked for updates and restarted the Apex, which solved this issue. Hope this helps!
