Here is the code:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Time 14:00 to 18:00 Then ON
If Tmp > 80.0 Then OFF

Cannot get the lights to come on or turn off automatically. I am fairly sure I have the code right.

Just added these T5 hybrid lights. All other modules and power working correctly. UV lights and algae scrubber works as it should and Apex controls properly.

Help?

Three questions:

1. Is the slider set to AUTO?

2. Is the Apex clock correct? If you see two different clocks on your dashboard, that means the Apex time zone setting needs to be corrected and any of your If Time commands won’t activate when you expect them to.

3. What is the water temperature?

Slider set to AUTO.
Clock is correct.
Water temp is 77.8°. Temp is well in range when the lights are supposed to be coming on.

When the lights are suppose to be on... does it say in the tile in fusion (on top where the slider is) that the lights are on or off? Did you plug the lights directly into the wall to make sure they work?

Do you have your clock set to the correct time? Is there only one or two clocks?

When the lights are supposed to be on they say OFF.
I can control the lights through the app or through the website and turn the lights on and off.
If I turn the lights on through the app and then set to AUTO they will NOT turn off.
If I have the lights on and set to AUTO they will not turn on.

If I manually control the lights I can turn them on and off. I have an alarm on my phone to turn the lights on and off. While this works, I would much prefer the controller do it.

All other functions work as they should. Specifically the UV light and the algae scrubber light. That is why I believe the controller is working, just not for the T5 lighting.

Posted a screenshot of the controller screen above.

Your clock says 1240. Your code says to turn on at 1400. The light is showing that its on... assuming "LIGHT" is the light your having problems with.

You are correct- Current CST is 12:40. I do not want the T5 lights on until 14:00. I will post back at 14:00 with the lights not on. I have been dealing with the problem for 1.5 weeks now. Just trying to see if anyone has had problems with the coding of the lights.

But why is it showing on if its 1240 when they should turn on at 1400? Do you have an alarm thats conflicting with this code? What is the alarm code that you have for the lights?

I will point out that every one of my light programs that have a temp safety turn off have a time to be off as you see in my last line of command. Could th is be your issue ? I don’t see yours

I believe that last line is used so that the apex dosent turn on and off because of a degree swing. Would keep the lights off for a specific time so that there is a significant temp change. His code would just turn back on one its under 82.0.
