Apex Neptune App Down ?

Is anyone else having problems viewing the Apex App on iPhone ?

My desktop PC and lap top work, but the app on phone does not

Try force-closing the app, and if that doesn’t work, then reboot your iPhone.

OK, then delete the Fusion app and reinstall it.
