Apex Not Logging Graphs - Does Dos still run?

All - my apex is no longer logging anything. From research it appears to be the corrupted memory issue. Will DOS continue to run with no logging? My alkalinity keeps dropping even if I bump up the dosing. Is not logging keeping the dos from running? Due to bumping up my dosing - I’m worried if I turn off the logging and it runs I might bike my tank with kalk.
