Apex ph probe help

I am having a hard time calibrating my ph probe. I insert it to the 7 solution, and as it starts to run its test It shows it has settled and passes that but the acceptable level fails. I can not get past that and I'm doing this on fusion. Any help would be great

Is this a new setup or re-calibrating an existing?

It will sit like this for 20 minutes if I let it

Took 6 times but we are good.
