apex pm1 module not working

I have a pm1 module that is not showing up in my system. I have a green light on the module but when I check for the modules it is not showing up in the system list. If I try and add a module I dont get the option for a pm1. Do you think my module it toast? I had it connected to my kh guardian reading my alk readings and I noticed that there wasnt any reading on my monitor.

Maybe a software update would work.

Solved, the aqua bus cable was rusty on the connectors. Cleaned up the connector and it works fine
