Do they rectify or leave you hanging ? How is their customer service ?
Imo there customer service is great. They have always responded to me in 24 hours and always walked me thru the issue to the end. I have even received personal phone calls from them as sometimes things are just easier to talk about then email.

I submitted a ticket Friday night and got a first response on Saturday asking to give neptune permission to access my fusion account. Hopefully Monday someone will look into my problem. I sure it will be taken care of.
Please keep us posted as to the outcome

The update released 5 days ago introduced a couple of bugs. Yesterday Neptune released another update to correct those bugs. If you previously installed version 5.06_5C21, you should replace it with 5.06_5E21.

Details here:
I've done both updates and the only issue I've noticed is my heaters are NOT listed in drop down list when comparing to temp probes. (Yes logging is enabled)
