Round dial is for instant settings. I recall the program screen via web interface only allowing 5% increments. Atleast with my radions

With Radions? They certainly can be adjusted to whatever you want using Ecosmart Live. Honestly, Radion and Vortech can both be set to exactly what you want using either the app or the Ecosmart Live website. I'm not sure where the 5% increment idea is coming from but they don't work like that and WMX doesn't allow finer adjustments.
