I've wanted a Apex for quite some time but the cost is prohibiting me from buying one.
By the by time you buy all the controlled aspects you want, it's very expensive. I've never seen the Tunze 7000 until today. What are the differences ?

Can't speak for the tunze controller but my apex is the best thing I've ever purchased for my tank. I keep it basic but really like the relatively easy mobile app. The integration with my ecotech pumps is great too. It does everything....like a swiss army knife for my tank.

I don't have either, but I did look into the Tunze a bit. I think it's going through some sort of an update and is currently not available. I think there's mention of this in a thread here on the forum.
