Just set up my Apex last week. I've read the documentation from Neptune, I've read posts on forums, I've seen instructions on YouTube, I've gone through the steps in the Apex app to calibrate (somewhat cryptic, btw), and I'm still not getting where I need to be with salinity readings. There seem to be multiple opinions on what approach to use. Out of desperation, I removed the conductivity probe, swished it around a couple times in RO water and left it to dry overnight. Not sure what to do next. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Thanks in advance!

Neptunes own instructions and the BRS video are not good and leave out important things that screw people up.
Yeah, that's what I've concluded on my own so far, and there are a half dozen different opinions on how to get it done right, hence the question.

Thanks, I'll check that out. Heading to the LFS first. ;-)
