API nitrate test dropped in reef tank

Ok, so I dropped the bottle of my API nitrate test complete with the ten drops each of #1 and #2. The cap was on but the glass shattered so the entire contents of the test tube went in the tank. I just did a 50% water change. Fish and coral look fine so far. Any advice?

No idea what chemicals are in those, I'd probably do another 50% change tomorrow too, and add carbon if you don't already have it.

Definitely run some carbon and I’d change it out after a couple days too.

Update: Did a second 50% water change the next day. Have been running carbon since the incident. Clownfish and coral are completely fine. No change in behavior and no closed up polyps. Thanks for the advice!
