Aqua Illumination Prime - Lighting Schedule & Intensity

I'm new to programmable LED's and such. Anyone have this light with a lighting schedule and intensity that they wouldn't min sharing?

Just trying to get the most color pop for the cube that I can.

I have a question with regards to depth. I have a 6" deep frag tank, any suggestions on how long to run the lighting period and is what is listed the max values at high noon for each setting?

So is it safe to say that

DR = deep red
V = violet
DB = deep blue
UV = ultra violet
CW = cool white
GR = green
B = blue

?

Yes
