Aqua Japan Yah or Nah

So i have been debating Aqua Japan for a few months now ( something in the 45 to 60 gallon size) they seem to be built ok and reasonable priced. Problem is I dont know anyone that has one and cant find to much info on them. There are no real article's or YouTube videos. This upgrade is happening it just a matter of picking the "glass BOX". I've looked at Red Sea and Water Box and the reality is they are overpriced and the stands aren't my style. AJ are at just about every LFS around me, and are kind of saturating the market here. I'm just trying to get a feel for who has one and what are their experience's.

Don't buy the q60 with curved front corners unless you plan on making a custom lid. Fish will jump out of the front corners that are cut off. Would not recommend.

. any lid with the proper dimensions will fit just fine. I’ve had mine for 9 months, any fish prone to jumping(like my goby) will jump out of any tank.

I know this is a while ago but I was wondering if you'd be willing to share how you built this lid? I have the same tank but the lid broke and I'm having some trouble figuring out what to do for a lid..
