Man you have no clue the horror I’ve had to deal with. We agreed for Friday delivery. They admit they made the mistake with delivery on Thursday. Most corals dead or dying for being out in the Florida heat all day. Devastating to see 20 dead or melting coral frags. They are vague whenever they respond days later with excuses. Corals look like crap. I have receipts as proof of the communication and their unprofessionalism. I tried to reach out via all channels with no response. I would avoid this vendor like the plague!!

Scammers! Unprofessional. I purchased from them before. Although small I had a fighting chance to help them recover when delivered on the agreed date. They will send you different corals or sick/dying or very very small and full of flatworms and other pests. They won’t reply if you have any issues.

Perfect example of aqua sd sending you a different coral. I win the bid for the yellow stem hammer and instead got the green stem hammer! The nerve they have to post their hammers on their site thinking I wouldn’t catch it.

Here the communication admitting they messed up. They took days to respond to my replies and they never address the issue. Just the same bs of giving corals time to open. They just stopped replying all together. Avoid this vendor!!! The prices are not worth the headache.

What a crock of ‘ish! We have to call vendors like this out. Their previous glorified post “Aqua SD Launches a Dedicated Customer Service Team! we’ve always strived to provide the best corals and customer experience possible? What bs is that!
