Aqua ultraviolet uv sterilizer on aio tank help

Hello guys I have the jbj 65 aio tank....I have question about the aqua ultraviolet 2000+ 15 barb....I installed the intake pump for uv sterilizer where my pumps are for the tank in the middle chamber.....installed the return from the uv in chamber 3... is this the best configuration for this work? Is there a chance I am sterilizing water already sterilized? Thank for any help really appreciate it

I am not familiar with the chambers on your tank. Usually you want the intake/pump picking up water from the drain side and returning or exiting back to the display. If chamber 3 exits to the tank it should be fine.
