Have had my aqua driver neck cleaner for a year when it stopped working. A call to Scott Lief who provides service for them revealed it was ruptured tubing in the sprayer pump. He offered to have me send it in - however seemed easier to just get new tubing which he quickly sent.

Replaced tubing and reassembled a few times before the tubing sat properly with the rollers. Trick was to jam it in very tightly. Then the sprayers weren’t balanced - a pin worked to clean out the holes. All good! Thanks Scott!

I had an issue with mine and Scott was great on fixing it. I shipped it to them and it was back to me the following week. Kept me up to date the entire time from the time it arrived to the status of the repair to the tracking number and follow up to make sure everything was ok. Even the intital support email he answered on a weekend after 5pm when I originally placed it. Shipped out that Monday had it back to me the following Wednesday.

@emvanburen old thread but running into the same issue. Curious, how does one remove the funnel shaped cover that the tube feeds in and out of? Also, i tried contacting AquaDriver USA but no response. There hasn't been recent FB activity either. Anyone have Scott's contact?

thanks in advance!
