So i made an order with these guys at the end of january. Ive ordered from them before and everything was fine. This time i got the order confirmation and heard nothing else. When a few weeks passed with no contact i reached out to cancel the order since i was going out of town. I called and left a vm to cancel. I emailed to cancel. I never heard back. A month later i requested a refund through paypal since i never heard back from them. Now just today a month and a week later i get a delivery email from them that my order is shipping. No phone call prior which i think is their company policy to make sure you will be home to receive the package. The last slap in the face is that the package is supposed to arrive by 8 pm. They didnt even do morning delivery!

I am lost here. My first experience with them was fine but this is unexcuseable. I have never had this happen with any other company ive bought corals from online. And i really dont like writing this negative review!

An update...the order arrived today and was missing one of the items i ordered-a blue sponge. Im sorry but these guys are crooks. Again not even a partial refund or apology from the seller. And since the order shipped paypal wont do anything. I ll be closing my paypal account as a result.

Paypal was a waste of time for me. No refund. I filed a complaint with the BBB. They didnt respond to the complaint. Im still shocked by this.
