The store: I recently ordered from Aquarium Depot, I received huge corals (for their prices). Where most stores sell a decent zoa for $20 and it will have 4-5 polyps, I got better grade corals for $5 and 10-12 heads. Some of their best zoas where around $30 and awesome (I didn't get one though, wanted some other types). They also had an amazing selection, all the corals and inverts I could want.

Shipping/Handling: It took about 2 days for my order to be processed. They arrived and had a good heat pack and were very well wrapped. The thing I really liked was that each coral frag was actually tied to the top of the bag, making sure the coral can't bump around and get damaged, it was an awesome idea. Every coral was perfectly labeled too.

The Arrival: When the corals arrived, most were closed up (except the gorgonian). All the corals looked super healthy though, not a single problem with any. I did dip just to be sure though, I don't want any accidents. I also had two peppermint shrimp and they were shipped with a little piece of algae and were munching away at it and were pretty content

The Appearance and Health Over the Next Few Days: Every zoa opened within the first two hours, the frogspawn and acan took a bit longer, and the duncan took almost a day and a half. It was well worth the wait, every single head was perfect and without blemish. The duncan coral (which was supposed to only have one polyp) has two heads and a third one growing (already with some tentacles and a mouth). The heads are massive and the tentacles are nice and fat, he is the happiest coral in the tank.

The Customer Service: I didn't require any use of their customer service, and it having been unnecessary makes it the best kind.

All in all, 5/5 Starfish, perfect store, I'm ordering all my coral from here now.
