What a killer setup !! Great job.. Who built the tank?

My tank is round glass and distortion was the main thing that I was worried about but there is none.

My first picture post. Excuse the dirty glass.!
My tank is also an Aqua Vim tank. I was dead set on glass this time around and they had exactly what I wanted..

@ Ian & Troylee, VERY nice dropoff tanks!

very cool pic man! although the curvature of the glass causes distortion it also yields magnification of the tanks inhabitants which I think is awesome!! where can I find a link to your tank on youtube?

Thank You! Actually standing with in a few feet of the tank the distortion is not noticeable. Even at the ends where the curve is sharper it did not distort the inhabitants like you see with an acrylic tank that has a 1" or 2" radius bend on the corners. Any view through (not into) the tank or an oblique view along the tank did give more distortion than would be seen with an rectangular tank. The above discussion about distortion is interesting as I know people who would prefer to see the distortion from a tight bend on an acrylic tank corner or glass tank (Aquavim.com) than a joint typically seen a rectangular glass tank, to each his own . Unfortunately I do not have a video of this tank, the owner ripped it out to sell the condo faster. You can see some of my other tanks on youtube under the screen name "Timfishone".

Bump to revive a neat discussion!

Some of our nano in 90 participants should be showing off their custom designed tanks here.
