If so, do you know what its rated for, need a skimmer for 3000gallon sting ray pond.

Yes, still available. I'm afraid I'm not familiar with stingray needs, but the previous owner used it on a 1000+ shark tank and my understanding was it was oversized still.

I also have a bunch of other items that might interest you that I haven't listed yet either. AE media filter, AE sulfur denitrator and 4 reeflo gold pumps.

Added info on the Sulfur Denitrator. It's a beast and I'd rather not risk shipping it unless someone is willing to pay the full packing, shipping and insurance costs on top of asking price.
