Aquarium lights

so I am looking to get a retrofit for a 100 gallon tank. I am looking to start with mixed reef and go towards sps once tank is established.

I like the t5 lights as it provided no shimmer. But I also want some leds where I can control or program to get the following:

Sun rise 7:30 am
8:00 am - blues 50% whites 20%
Ramp up till blues are 80-100%
T5 goes on for 6 hours
Ramp up leds 100%
T5 off
Leds ramp down
Leds sun set

You get the idea.. want to mix t5 and leds. Which lights can get me total control of ithour breaking the bank?

Also not looking for hydras or anything hung like that with crazy shimmer.

Euroquatics SHOULD be producing their E5x drect replacement LEDs shortly. I have a couple of their GEN ones and they add a nice pop.

So after looking into options i might get ATI light fixture and reef brite XHO with Reef Brite 50/50 tech led . here is my question on 4 foot tank:

4 or 6 bulb ATI fixture?
Reef Brite XHO 48in LED Strip Light
Reef Brite 50/50 tech led
