I have. 75 gallon that I would like to finally put to use. It has never been used for anything and has been stored with nothing in or on it. Been stored but has been exposed to freezing temps. Can I trust the sealant?

Fill with tap water and give her a test run. Should be okay, IME. After my last move I had an aquarium sitting in a sunroom (exposed to freezing temps.) for months and it held with no issues once put to use.
