Near the top of the page inside each thread, there is an "UNWATCH" button that'll do the trick.

I should clarify my message. How do I prevent the site from giving me a notification every time an admin thread like this is opened? I don't want to have to open 5 different threads every time I visit r2r just to hit the unwatch button.

Is there a way to unsubscribe from forced notifications?
