Aquatic Life hybrid shade 24”

Does anyone have a really “light” shade I can make or buy to help with light spillover on the aquatic life? Bonus points if it helps w the Radion XR15. Need to contain it a bit, but I don’t want something that weighs a bunch - while looking decent as well.

Thanks! I like that it will rotate out of the way for maintenance and it gives a little industrial feel to the all the white stand.

I think you may have just solved my light mounting conundrum. I’ve been racking my brain trying to come up with a way to mount my ap9x over my 60.

How did you make the conduit bracket?

I used 1/2” EMT metal conduit from Home Depot or Lowe’s and then bought a conduit bender on Amazon for $25 along with a 3/4” threaded black pipe to screw into the bender - the big box stores sell the benders for $75-100 also if you want to buy or use one in the store maybe.

Then I put 5 clamps on the back of the stand to hold it. It will still spin (loudly) to move out of the way.
