Are these good deals or just new coral ?

Depends on your local market. I've seen cheaper locally on some. A few I haven't seen locally so can't compare. I buy most of my stuff at the local swaps, but since the next 3 are cancelled, I'm stuck with online. I like the swaps because I can see the stuff in person and I get to meet some of the big vendors. I usually end up talking way to long with Brandon @ zoanthids.com.
