Received my T247 but one of my screws for my mount does not hold. I've asked repeatedly to have them send me one multiple times and haven't had a response. I've even asked if I will void my warranty if I replaced it myself and no response either. Awesome lighting but somewhat horrible customer service. Any suggestions on whether to do it myself or send it back?

OR have a good reputation for customer service. How long has it been since you contacted them last?
I know some people have changed out LEDs in these units to change the spectrum and believe this didn't void the warranty, so I think you'll be ok to change it yourself. I wouldn't do anything till OR themselves tell you though just to be safe.

I had a problem with one of my four lights and the customer service was great. I just emailed: [email protected]. The customer support is obviously in China because they only respond at night.

I had swapped out a bunch of leds so my warranty was voided. Then sent me two power supplies for free. When I put them in, neither fan would work. They sent me two fans for $10 which I thought was fair.

If I were you, I'd just open it up and tighten the screw. If anything goes wrong down the road, I imagine ocean revive would not be jerks about it.

Just want to know what email did you contact with? If you contacted with the customers service email [email protected]. You will get respone in 24hours besides the weekend. In fact, if the fixture is still in one year warranty, oceanrevive will send you the parts to replace for free. If not, just need you to pay the cost of the parts. But first of all, they will ask you when and where did you purchse the fixture. Not only to find the sales record but also to feedback issues to factory. So please no worry about the warranty and customer service. Hope that can help.

Best regards,
OceanRevive
