10.5-12.5 hours for most of the Great Barrier Reef. Significant PAR for minimum of eight ours per day.

Any indication of what depth these readings were taken at?

I go to the caribbean annually and observe the times for day/blue and sundown and try to come close to the same pattern

I use the Apex seasonal schedule table and the sunrise and sunset times are set for my location with a 60 minute ramp up/down. Throughout the year my Radion lights are following the sun.

When I first started using Radions with their Gen 2 pros, I used the shallow reef settings and really liked the nice sort of bell curve of ramp up over 12 hours. The peak was only a half hour or so long as you can imagine the top of a bell arcing over that short period of time, but the higher intensity portion of the curve was probably 4-5 hours out of a 12 hour period. I now use AB+ but it is more of a 2 hour ramp up then a 7-8 hour plateau and another 2 hour ramp down. I am not convinced I like the plateau as much as the shallow reef setting, but I hate changing things if I don't absolutely have to lol.
