I have prime hd and 70% blues and 10% white, are these BTAs reaching for more light or food?

They look happy to me. Some bubble don't so long waving tentacles don't really mean they are stretching for light if that's what you're thinking. IME if bubble tips are not happy with the conditions they will move around searching for a spot they like. If yours are not moving then they are happy. FWIW I never fed mine anything but light and whatever they catch out of the water column.
