I see no dinos here. I see a lot of diatoms, maybe some thin strand cyanobacteria holding the mass together. A central GHA filament everything is grouped around and small fast cells that are probably cryptomonas or similar...
These are not a dino. They are another random harmless flagellate. Something like a cryptomonas / rhodomonas.
