That is surprising to hear. The heater is only 7 months old. It's an Eheim Jager Tru Temp which is only $22. I had a couple smaller eheims in house to replace the old ones with for now.How old is it?

edit: But it would be great if the old are ok. I just noticed my temp dropped to 77 last night because of how cold it was. The new heaters are 75w versus 125w but I will get an alert at 76.5.
One of the heaters has a barely visible tiiiiiny drop of water and a spec of possible corrosion at the bottom. The other looks fine. I'll just place the heads out of the water and keep using them. Then keep an eye on the one and next time get titanium heaters.It is normal for a small amount on eheims, not sure about other brands... anyways.. obviously there could be a leak too.. condensation wise, it should be a very tiny amount, not near the bottom heating element, and certainly not corroding anything.
