Are these hydroids?

What are these? Hydroids? They're tiny and most of them are attached to grains of sand, but I also found a few on the glass. The tank is one month old and I've been seeding it with copepods and dosing phyto.

Could be, but I can’t view the video. Might also be feather duster worms. But it should be easy enough to remove them with tweezers if desired.

Thanks! They don't have a tube, it really looks like a little flower. There's a lot of them on the sand, I'll try removing one for further identification.
