Are these sponges on my trumpet?

Should I remove them? One looks like a bulb with a spout, but also some 'webbing next to it, so I'm unsure on this. Tried a couple of photos .. hard to get a crisp pic.

And yes that aiptasia suckered will be expoxied over later...

Bulb and sprout sounds like pineapple sponges. Usually white and looks like a pineapple. Completely harmless.

Looks like simple pineapple sponges. They remove easily with your fingers.
