Are these true percula babies?

Why do you want to know? They aren't yours? Yes they look like Percs to me, not Tomatoes. Shape of a Perc, drab color, and only the first bar is common for very young Percs. The other bars and black comes in much later in Percula vs Ocellaris. And misbars are very common in Percula as well, and they never receive their other bars.

My friend is selling as true percs. So i was intrested.. getting at a really cheap rate..
 
You don't need a host anemone for them. 4 in a 40 may be tough, but if you get them all in at the same time and while still juvenile, it's possible they won't fight. 4 in a 40g is fine from a bioload standpoint

Yup, all 4 together from the same lot.
 
if they are the same ones pictured there is no problem, there may be some minor clashes as one decides they are dominate. Percs are really pretty peaceful
