For sticking purposes are we going off of total water volume or display amount of volume? I have the 90g proclear prostar and I think I am almost maxed out

I have:
2 clowns
1 six line wrasse
1 PJ cardinal
1 regular black and white cardinal
1 Pistol shrimp
1 watchman Goby
1 pseudochromis
1 royal gramma
1 mandarin

& plenty of coral and rock

I have a 60 cube. It has 13 chromis, 2 clowns, six line, juvenile yellow tang, two unidentified gobies. Numerous shrimp and crabs. All get along well. I still can’t keep nitrate and phosphate from going to zero without dosing. Sps dominate corals doing great.
