Just watched this video great information as always. I have totally made a couple of mistakes in there another great video guys. Always my go to videos. Keep it up!!

I have a 240lt tank with a LOT of coral and 10 fish. I run a Fluval PS1 which if you read the info it's far too small for my tank and bio load and I only run it 16hrs a day ( it's a bit noisy when I sit in the tv room where the tank is ) yet my No2 is less than 2 and my Po4 is less than 0.1 ( using the salifert kits )...so smaller works for me. I do use nopox daily as well.
