I have been trying to get ahold of you guys to see what’s going on with my order i have Emailed and tried calling multiple times and nothing has gotten back I ordered corals last week and they didn’t come and I realized the order wasn’t over 100 so I bought more for in store bc it didn’t give me the option to ship with existing order so I jsut put the other order in store can you please get back to me to add those both to the same order so they can be shipped to my house please this is vary bad customer service

Did you ever get in touch with them? I have the same problem. It has been a full week and I called, text and emailed and I have not received any responses at all. Terrible customer service. They have my corals and my money.

Yea they called me about a week after on a Sunday and had it fixed in like 2 minutes and when my corals came in my hammer coral had been showing its skeleton it it looked like for a while and then they never emailed or texted me back after I tried getting ahold of them about 3 weeks ago and have still been trying I don’t recommend you buy from there again

Looks like I will have to be patient and wait. Hopefully they will call and ship my corals soon. It has been 7 days since i ordered the corals.
I had previously ordered Marine Fish from “Petco” and I received much better customer service.
The fish I ordered were delivered on time and were in perfect condition.
I would have never have figured that “Petco” would provide better services to me than an online retailer that specializes in “corals”.

In case it helps, I emailed them about the 100 dollar question and they said that it doesn’t have to be over 100, but they realized that they had the 100 dollar minimum and it also states under shipping policy that any order under 100 is 10 more than if it is over 100, so basically, they said they will ship if it is under 100 it just costs more shipping.
