ASM G3 mods?

I am looking for help with some mods. I have heard of a few but have yet to find how to do them or a proper way to do one.

If you have done one and would like to share how you did it and if it was worth it/helped the skimmer, I would like to know.

I did the gave valve addition to easily adjust the water height in the skimmer and the mesh mods on the sedra pumps when I had an ASM g3. They were both very effective!

How did you do them? I'm interested and want to do them but I don't know how.
