ATI Sunpower 8 bulb mod question??

I am curious if anyone out there has taken an ATI fixture added a 3rd ballast and went from just 2 channels to 3 channels? Where you would have 2 bulbs come on first for the Dusk-Dawn thing, then 4 bulbs for mid day then 2 bulbs for High Day light? Seems like it would work but have never seen the inside of a fixture to know if a 3rd ballast would fit? Any guidance would be sweet.

Could you contact ATI and ask them. As soon as you open it up you've voided your warranty anyway.
